About the event

The early commerce of the Island was built on fishing, farming and logging. This show will pertain to the early farming days with stories, pictures, and music as well as the farming experiences and recollections of Kirby Foss and Ken Koyen. No doubt you smiled when you read those two names so it will be a most enjoyable evening. Many many thanks to the Washington Island Archives and Head Archivist Steve Reiss.
