About the event
For over 25 years, Washington Island has welcomed classical musicians from near and far for 2 magical weeks of world-class music. Festival musicians donate their talents while living and performing several concerts throughout their two week stay. A growing outreach program complements the chamber music concerts. Enhanced by open rehearsals, educational lectures and a children’s camp all held at various locations on our beautiful Island, the festival is a true Island treasure.
